Heard on the Selling Floor

Some people are just not good at human interaction.

A customer walked into my section.

“Hi! How are you?”

He stared at me: confused, a little angry looking and silent.

He then walked around the fixture I was tidying and noticed my name badge.

“Oh…you work here…that’s why you were talking to me.”

Two things.

A) Would it really be that much of a problem saying hello to a stranger, and,

B) Does he not realise I’m not really friendly enough to just randomly say hello?
