Sometimes customers just don’t make any sense to me.
For example, this lady approached me last week and said…
“I’m shopping for my son.”
She grabs a shirt of the rack and asks, “would he wear this to uni?”
“Um…well…I don’t actually know your son, so…yeah, I wouldn’t have a clue.”
Hot tip: we need details before you spring that sort of question on us.
